EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This Explicit Consent Text is prepared and presented by OKSO TECH YAPAY ZEKA YAZILIM MÜHENDİSLİK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”, “Data Controller”) in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and applicable data protection frameworks, to obtain your explicit, informed, and free consent for the processing and cross-border transfer of your personal data.

By checking the consent box, proceeding with the purchase, or uploading data within the RedFlag AI mobile application, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following data processing activities:

• Scope of Data Processed: The collection and processing of personal data you provide to the Application, namely names, gender, zodiac signs, relationship information, questionnaire responses, behavioral descriptions, and photographs (including photographs of third parties submitted by you under your sole legal responsibility and declared authorization). This includes signals computed on your device by a face-detection check (such as smile, head tilt and whether the eyes are open) and a visual fingerprint (perceptual hash) of each photograph, which is used only to detect duplicate photographs and is not a facial template.
• Purpose of Processing: The processing of such data strictly for the purpose of generating personalized, probabilistic artificial intelligence relational insights, sending optional weekly zodiac notifications if you enable them, ensuring system integrity, executing in-app transactions, and maintaining application performance.
• Artificial Intelligence Processing and International Transfers: The secure transmission and processing of your text and image inputs by our cloud infrastructure provider, Google Firebase / Google Cloud (database and photo storage located in Frankfurt, Germany), and by our artificial intelligence service provider, Anthropic PBC (Claude AI), located in the United States. By giving this consent you expressly agree that your photographs and answers are transferred to Anthropic PBC in the United States for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.
• Retention: Your photographs are stored on our servers for up to 90 days from the date of analysis and are then automatically and permanently deleted. Analysis records (names, zodiac signs, answers, scores, AI-generated texts) and the photograph fingerprints are retained until you delete them using “Settings → Delete My Data” in the application, or until you request deletion by writing to corporate@oksotech.com.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw this explicit consent at any time by using “Settings → Delete My Data” in the application or by writing to corporate@oksotech.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, you will no longer be able to use the analysis features of the application.

You confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, that you are fully aware of your statutory rights regarding your personal data (including rights under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Chapter III), and that you voluntarily grant your EXPLICIT CONSENT for your data to be processed and transferred as specified above.
